Built on Microsoft Visual Studio for the .Net framework, it leverages the strength of SQL Server to deliver solutions that enable management to make critical decisions. Solution Development

Although we have developed a number of ready-made solutions that can be used to fast-start your own Integrated Management System, every Enterprise Scorecard client will want many features customised to their specific requirements. Enterprise Scorecard is not “one size fits all”, in fact we have deliberately kept its architecture as efficient and clean as possible. However there are many ways we can add custom functionality to the system. Talk to us about your requirements, and we will design the perfect solution for you. Give us the go-ahead, and we will have your system operational within five (5) days, and let you start integrating it within your business.  As your business grows; we can change and grow the system along with it.

Support & Enhancements

When you commit to using Enterprise Scorecard, we will also commit to provide you with support and enhancements throughout the lifetime of the contract. The system includes a support ticketing system that you can use whenever you notice any improvements needed in the templates, reports, or the program itself, the system. We will respond to your request within 24 hours or faster, and update your system accordingly. This may include improving the help system and on-screen guidance; or it may involve importing or cleaning data on your behalf. There is no additional charge for this service, for in doing so we are not only improving your management system and making it more effective for your needs, but also further refining the product for all our clients.

Community, Training & Consultancy

You will not be alone when you use Enterprise Scorecard. We have created a dedicated user area where you can exchange ideas with us and fellow users. In addition we will be posting training videos, documentation, white papers, and training courses on the web site – to help you get to grips with all the relevant technology and business concepts. You can also be introduced to management consultants who are not only familiar with Enterprise Scorecard, but are also specialists in particular standards, regulations, and business practices.

System Requirements

Enterprise Scorecard runs on a Windows Server, using IIS and the .NET framework. Ideally Windows should be version 2003 or 2008 standard edition or better, with the latest service packs and security updates installed. A copy of SQL server is needed, again the standard edition or better is ideal. For small businesses the Windows web edition and the free SQL express edition work well, however since the amount of memory they can use is limited you would not use these editions for more than 20 concurrent users.

Hosting

You can host Enterprise Scorecard within the bounds of your own company network, however for continued operation in disaster circumstances, and for worry-free reliable operation with guaranteed availability levels, we strongly recommend hosting Enterprise Scorecard from an ISP. Using modern cloud-based solutions deployment can be extremely rapid, and the system can be easily scaled up or down as necessary according to the needs of your business. We would rather you leave the business of hosting your intranet in a highly secure ISP managed by dedicated experts than try to host the service locally. However the choice is yours.

Security

Enterprise Scorecard can be run from a conventional HTTP web site, or the web pages can be delivered using the HTTPS security (the same as when making on-line credit card payments. Similarly file transfers can use the normal FTP protocol, or using encrypted SFTP. User logins are protected by optional strong passwords and image captures, or else user authentication can be delegated to Windows Active Directory services.

All our web and database servers are maintained to the highest security standards defined by Microsoft 

Pricing, Design and Delivery

Enterprise Scorecard is not priced on a per-user basis, but on an individual basis dependent upon the scope of your requirements. We do recognise however that it may be impossible to define everything you want the system to do at the start of the project. We therefore will perform all reasonable enhancements you may want from the system during the first year of operation without further charge.

After year one there will be an annual support and maintenance fee to ensure your system continues to operate at the highest standards of functionality and reliability.

Hosting, if needed, will also be charged separately and according to your needs.

If an integrated corporate mail, contacts, and calendar server is required, then we recommend using MailEnable enterprise edition. An additional fee is required for this product.
